Bzdura. Liberalizm nie definiuje się poprzez postulaty negatywne jak np. ateizm, lecz poprzez postulaty pozytywne. W większości przypadków skutkiem liberalizmu będzie rozwój, to prawda, ale to nie jest założeniem ani celem liberalizmu.
