Nie twierdzę, że cytowany przeze mnie tekst się 100% zgadza. Niemniej sam ostatnio mogłem zauważyć, jak niskie stopy procentowe kredytów hipotecznych podbijają w górę ceny nieruchomości.
Tak w istocie jest, bo niskie stopy procentowe zwiększają ilość i wartość kredytów hipotecznych, tj. skutkują zwiększeniem popytu. Cała reszta to bajanie o tym jak to ktoś musiał kupić mieszkanie, musiał wziąć kredyt frankowy, a ja (idąc tym tokiem rozumowania) muszę kupić Ferrari na wysoko oprocentowany kredyt.
