Co przyspieszyło? Ja tam widzę, że na Zachodzie bez zmian - Niemcy i Francja wykorzystały okazję, żeby zwiększyć swój eksport. Gdzie widzisz jaskółki współpracy gospodarczej, rzeczywistej współpracy gospodarczej, a nie ustawiania wszystkiego pod potrzeby Niemiec czy Francji?
