No jest krok naprzód - ku realizacji zasady rodziału państwa i kościoła, a szerzej ku realizacji zasady praworządności, która jest często gęsto olewana przez organy administracji i przez sądy. Zważ, że całej szopki by nie było, gdyby nie było tego śmiesznego rejestru, który w ogóle istnieć nie powinien.
