Sam nie liczyłem, ale czytałem kilka opracowań na ten temat gdzie to było wyłożone, Tzn uśrednione szacunki, nie liczono ani maksymalnej ani minimalnej liczby ofiar. Wyszło więcej niż 200 mln, ale nie pamiętam dokładnie ile i nie chcę bełkotać bzdur. Stąd napisałem 200 mln.
