Fakt jest taki, że spolegliwość demokracji doprowadziła do drugiej wojny światowej. Gdyż w demokracji jeden rozsądny i myślący perspektywicznie nigdy nie przegłosuje pięciu straumatyzowanych tchórzy i prawie nigdy nie zdoła ich przekonać.
