Pracownik google napisał notatkę między innymi o różnicach miedzy kobietami a mężczyznami. Nic zdrożnego, tylko tyle że istnieją i że obie płci mają inne podejście do pewnych spraw. W efekcie google go zwolniło za propagowanie szkodliwych stereotypów. Niektórzy widzą w tym zwolnienie za myślozbrodnie. Notatka w razie czego mówi też o tym że google ma poglądy mocno lewicowe i głosy przeciwne są uciszane.

Niestety nie jestem w stanie otworzyć tego dokumentu, więc nie mogę odnieść się do treści. Jednak jeśli rzeczywiście notatka pracownika zawierała twierdzenie (nie wnikam, czy uzasadnione), że firma w której pracuje prowadzi politykę i ucisza przeciwników, to można raczej przypuszczać że ZA TO właśnie został zwolniony - natomiast być może prawnicy firmowi post factum przyprawili uzasadnienie "antydyskryminacyjnie" tylko dlatego, żeby trudniej je było podważyć.
